How do I test my alarm system?

If you system is monitored by our Canadian based ULC station, call us at 604-443-5600 to advise the station you are testing.

Ensure that all windows and doors are closed. Wait for the green ready light then arm the system by entering your code. Wait for the system to fully arm and then wait another 60 seconds.

Then open a door or window and wait for the alarm to sound. Once the alarm sounds, enter your security code to turn off the alarm.

Call the station back at 604-443-5600 to confirm they received the signal. If after 45 seconds you do not hear the alarm sound, enter your security code and click here to contact our service team.
